Long-arm quilter Judith Egan finished my friend Karen’s quilt. When we went to pick it up, Judith showed us a few of her quilts and wow what a treat. Judith is a member of the Village Quilters http://www.villagequilters.com/ and a custom long-arm quilter. We saw her work at the Tellico Village quilt show last fall and were very impressed, she is a true artist.
Judith is involved with the Quilts of Valor and had a Valor quilt on her frame. You can see in the picture below some of Judith’s handiwork. She does all her quilting freehand, it’s not computerized – what a gift.

She did an awesome job on Karen’s quilt and there will be a post on it shortly, as soon as the binding is finished (no pressure Karen)
